On Clean Thursday, at the invitation of His Grace Bishop John of Naro-Fominsk, Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA; Eastern American Diocesan Vicar Bishop Nicholas of Manhattan (ROCOR) led the reading of the Great Canon of St. Andrew of Crete in St. Nicholas Cathedral, NYC.

On Clean Wednesday, February 26, with the blessing of His Eminence Metropolitan Hilarion of Eastern America and NY, First Hierarch of the Russian Church Abroad and at the invitation of His Grace Bishop Nicholas of Manhattan, the Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, His Grace Bishop John of Naro-Fominsk read the Great Canon of St. Andrew of Crete...

In accordance with the yearly custom of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, clergy and faithful join together within their respective geographical areas to celebrate the Sunday evening Lenten Vespers during Great Lent. 

On February 20, the Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, His Grace Bishop John of Naro-Fominsk attended an official reception in honor of the "Day of the Defenders of the Fatherland." in the Russian Representation Building to the United Nations.

During the month of January, the parish and clergy of St. Innocent Church, Redford MI hosted and presented a number of Orthodox outreach events to educate the citizens of the surrounding area about the Holy Orthodox Faith.
