On Tuesday, October 8, at the invitation of His Eminence Metropolitan Hilarion of Eastern America and New York, First Hierarch of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia, His Grace Bishop John of Naro-Fominsk participated in a meeting of the ROCOR Synod of Bishops held in Cleveland, Ohio. 

Bishop John discussed with the Hierarchs from ROCOR the outcomes from the recent meeting of the Assembly of Canonical Bishops held in Dallas this past September.
