To the Family of Very Reverend Archpriest Paul White

I ask that you kindly accept my profound condolences over the demise of Father Paul White, an outstanding pastor of the Patriarchal Parishes in USA.

Father Paul was extremely affectionate and had a great personality. From the very first moment of his appointment to St. Nicholas Church in Wilkes-Barre, PA in 1986 he was always ready to help its parishioners as well as the Administrative Representation of the Patriarchal Parishes in USA.

May the Divine Chief Pastor, Who has called this zealous worker of Orthodox Church to Him, give rest to the late Father Paul in the dwellings of the righteous. Eternal memory be to him!

Nativity Epistle of His Grace Bishop John of Naro-Fominsk - 01/06/16

“God is with us, understand, all ye nations!” These words of the liturgical hymn, hearkening back to the biblical prophecy of Isaiah about Emmanuel (cf. Is. 7, 14), have become for us a verbal icon of the Nativity Feast..
