Bishop John Leads Divine Services for the Eve of the Baptism of Christ

On Thursday, January 18, the Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, His Grace Bishop John of Naro-Fominsk led the divine services for the eve of the feast of the Theophany of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in St. Nicholas Cathedral in New York City. On Thursday morning, Bishop John led the Vesperal Divine Liturgy of St. Basil the Great co-served by cathedral clergy. After the Prayer before the Ambo, the clergy and faithful processed to the cathedral refectory where the first Great Blessing of Waters was served. In the evening, Bishop John led the Grand Compline and festal Matins.
