Archbishop Justinian Visits St. Gregory Church in Tampa, Florida

On the Sunday of All Saints, June 15, 2014, the Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, His Eminence Archbishop Justinian of Naro-Fominsk preformed an Archpastoral Visit to St. Gregory Church in Tampa, FL. His Eminence was co-served by the Rector of the Parish, Archpriest Andrey Kovalev and clergy accompanying Archbishop Justinian.

Archbishop Justinian brought with him to Florida the Wonderworking Icon of St. Sergius of Radonezh from St. Nicholas Cathedral in New York City. Adding to the joy of the Divine Services was the peal of bells by the head of the "International Center of Bell Art", Andrey Dyachkov.

After Holy Communion, Archbishop Justinian and the clergy sang the Magnification before the Wonderworking Icon, after which His Eminence greeted the large gathering of parishioners. After His sermon, Archbishop Justinian introduced to those gathered the President of "Parents For a Strong Generation" and "Russian Spirit", Elizabeth Airapetova who generously donated to the parish a small belfry. For her generosity to the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, Archbishop Justinian presented Mrs. Airapetova with an Archpastoral Gramota.

Interaction continued with the parishioners and their Archpastor during the Trapeza in the Parish Hall.
