On Sunday September 7, the Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, His Grace Bishop John of Naro-Fominsk concelebrated with Archbishop Justinian of Elista and Kalmykia in St. Nicholas Cathedral in New York City co-served by Cathedral clergy.

At the end of the Divine Liturgy, His Grace Bishop John greeted Archbishop Justinian, and thanked him on behalf of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA for his labors during his tenure in the United States.

As noted in August during Archbishop Justinian's official final Divine Liturgy with the clergy of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, His Eminence informed the clergy and laity gathered, that in mid-September, the last official transition of official documents of the Office Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA would take place.
