On Monday November 3, on the feast of Venerable Hilarion of the Pechersk Caves, His Eminence Metropolitan Hilarion of Eastern America and New York, First Hierarch of the Russian Church Abroad celebrated his namesday. His Eminence celebrated the Divine Liturgy in the Synodal Cathedral of "the Sign" in New York City.

At the conclusion of the Divine Services, on behalf of the clergy and parishioners of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, His Grace Bishop John of Naro-Fominsk congratulated Metropolitan Hilarion and presented His Eminence with a panagia and bouquet of flowers.
