On Friday, December 4, the feast of the Entry of the Theotokos into the Temple, His Eminence Hilarion, Metropolitan of Eastern America and New York, First Hierarch of the Russian Church Abroad celebrated the Divine Liturgy in St. Alexander Nevsky Diocesan Cathedral in Howell, New Jersey. His Eminence was co-served by Eastern American Diocesan Vicar Bishop Nicholas of Manhattan along with a multitude of clergy from the Eastern American Diocese and the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA. At the conclusion of the Divine Liturgy, the hierarchs, clergy and faithful processed to the newly-erected monument dedicated to His Holiness Patriarch Alexey II and His Eminence Metropolitan Laurus on the grounds near the cathedral.
