On Tuesday, December 15, under the chairmanship of His Grace Bishop John of Naro-Fominsk, Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, the last regular session of the Bishop's Council for 2015 was held in the refectory of St. Nicholas Cathedral in New York City. 

Before the start of the meeting, His Grace Bishop John congratulated the Chancellor of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, Archpriest George Konyev with his 25th Anniversary of Ordination to the Holy Priesthood and presented him with commemorative gifts. 

The Treasurer, Panagiotis Billis presented the council with a comprehensive financial report for outgoing year 2015.

Council members then discussed a wide range of topics pertaining to spiritual and administrative life in the Patriarchal Parishes.
