On Sunday, April 23, the Second Sunday after Pascha, the Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, His Grace Bishop John of Naro-Fominsk celebrated the Divine Liturgy in St. Nicholas Cathedral. His Grace was co-served by Archpriest Carlos Chacon, rector of Holy Protection Church in Mexico, Deacon Kiril Chacon, cleric of the same as well as clergy of St. Nicholas Cathedral. 

Before the Eucharistic Canon, with the blessinf of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill, Bishop John ordained Deacon Kiril to the Holy Priesthood. Priest Kirill will continue his service in Holy Protection Church.

After the conclusion of the Liturgy, Bishop John delivered a sermon on the topic of the feast as well as greeted the new cleric of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA.
