On Sunday, May 7, the Fourth Sunday after Pascha, the Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, His Grace Bishop John of Naro-Fominsk celebrated the Divine Liturgy in St. Nicholas Cathedral. 

Before the Cherubic Hymn, with the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill, Bishop John ordained Deacon Mark Rashkov to the Holy Priesthood. After the Eucharistic Canon, Bishop John then ordained Rdr. Alexey Golubov to the Holy Diaconate, preceded by his ordination to the Subdiaconate at the conclusion of the Sixth Hour. The newly-ordained clergymen will continue their service in St. Nicholas Cathedral. 

After the conclusion of the Liturgy, Bishop John delivered a sermon on the topic of the feast and as greeted the new clerics of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA and wished them fortitude in their ministry.
