On the Feast of the Uncovering of the Relics of St. Sergius of Radonezh, Bishop John Leads Divine Liturgy in St. Nicholas Cathedral

On the feast of the Uncovering of the Relics of St. Sergius of Radonezh, July 18, the Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, His Grace Bishop John of Naro-Fominsk led the Divine Liturgy in St. Nicholas Cathedral in New York City. At the conclusion of the Divine Liturgy, Bishop John served a short moleben before the miraculous icon of St. Sergius that is housed in St. Nicholas Cathedral.  Bishop John then greeted the newly-appointed Consul General of the Russian Federation in New York City,  Sergey Ovsyannikov. Bishop John congratulated the Consul General on his namesday, and presented him with an icon of the heavenly protectors of New York City and North America.
