From July 18-30, with the blessing of Bishop John of Naro-Fominsk, Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, a pilgrimage to the Holy Sites of the Western United States was held.
The group of pilgrims, led by rector of St. Gregory the Theologian Church in Tampa, FL, Archpriest Andrey Kovalev, visited the Monastery of St. Paisius Velichkovsky, monasteries in Arizona and California, as well as the diocesan cathedral of the Western American Diocese where the relics of Holy Hierarch John of Shanghai and San Francisco reside.
