On Tuesday, September 27, the feast of the Universal Exaltation of the Holy and Life-Giving Cross, the Primate of the Orthodox Church in America, His Beatitude Tikhon, Metropolitan of all America and Canada presided at the Divine Liturgy in St. Nicholas Cathedral in New York City.

On Wednesday, September 21, the Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, His Grace Bishop John of Naro-Fominsk led the festal Divine Liturgy for the feast of the Nativity of the Theotokos in St. Nicholas Cathedral in New York City. 

On Saturday, September 17, St. Elias Church in Battle Creek MI hosted a seminar entitled, "Listening Through Icons," providing a verbal, visual, and spiritual explanation of iconography. 

On Sunday, September 11, the feast of the Beheading of St. John the Baptist, the Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, His Grace Bishop John of Naro-Fominsk led the Divine Liturgy in St. Nicholas Cathedral.
