On Friday August 29, the Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, His Grace Bishop John of Naro-Fominsk participated in the Fifth Forum of "Russian Compatriots in the United States". 

On Tuesday August 19, and Thursday August 28, the Holy Orthodox Church celebrated the Transfiguration of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and the Dormition of the Holy Theotokos respectively. These feasts were solemnly commemorated in the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA 

On Monday August 26, a meeting was held between the Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, His Grace Bishop John of Naro-Fominsk and the Deputy Representative of the Russian Federation to the United Nations Mr. Alexander Pankin. 

On Thursday August 21, at the Synodal Residence of the First Hierarch of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia, the Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, His Grace John, Bishop of Naro-Fominsk met with His Eminence Hilarion, Metropolitan of Eastern America and New York. 

On Friday August 15, clergy of the Central States Deanery participated in the Annual Pilgrimage to Holy Dormition Monastery in Rives Junction, MI for the New Calendar Feast of the Dormition of the Mother of God.

On Tuesday, August 19, at the invitation of His Eminence Kirill, Archbishop of San Francisco and the West (ROCOR), the Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, His Grace John Bishop of Naro-Fominsk participated in the Patronal Feastday celebrations at Transfiguration Cathedral in Los Angeles, CA. 

On Sunday Evening, August 17, the Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, His Grace John Bishop of Naro-Fominsk celebrated a Moleben before the Relics of his Heavenly Patron, St. John (Maximovitch), Archbishop of Shanghai and San Francisco in the Cathedral of the Mother of God "Joy of all Who Sorrow". 

On Sunday August 17, the Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, His Grace John Bishop of Naro-Fominsk presided at the Divine Liturgy at St. Nicholas Cathedral in San Francisco, California. 

On Wednesday  August 13, His Grace Bishop John of Naro-Fominsk, Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA met with the Consul General of the Russian Federation Igor Leonidovich Golubovsky. 

On Sunday, August 10, His Grace John, Bishop of Naro-Fominsk, Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA met with His Grace Nicholas, Bishop of Manhattan, Vicar of the Eastern American Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia.

On Friday, August 8, the Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, His Grace John, Bishop of Naro-Fominsk met with the Chancellor of the Patriarchal Parishes, Archpriest George Konyev.

On August 6, His Grace John, Bishop of Naro-Fominsk, Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA arrived for the first time in the United States since his Elevation to the Episcopacy, and celebrated a Moleben at St. Nicholas Cathedral in NYC. 

On Tuesday August 5, with the Blessing of His Holiness Kirill, Patriarch of Moscow and all Russia, Archbishop Justinian of Elista and Kalmykia and the Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, Bishop John of Naro-Fominsk served a Moleben before the Holy Relics of St. Tikhon, Patriarch of Moscow and all Russia. 

On Saturday, August 2, the Feast of the Holy Prophet Elias, His Eminence Justinian, Archbishop of Elista and Kalmykia celebrated his final Divine Liturgy with clergy of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA. 

On Friday, August 1st, the Feast of the Uncovering of the Relics of St. Seraphim of Sarov, His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and all Russia led the Episcopal Consecration of Archimandrite John (Roshchin) as Bishop of Naro-Fominsk during the Divine Liturgy at Poklonnaya Hill.
